Every New Year starts with resolutions. Our resolution was to try and eat a bit healthier. That means more greens, salads and protein. The dressings you find at the grocery store are chock full of all the things that are bad for you. Fat, salt etc. I have been trying to make all of our salad dressings from scratch. This one has become a favorite and it is good on just about everything.
EVOO, 4 tablespoons
Lemon, the juice of one large lemon
Honey, 1 tablespoon
Garlic, 1 clove, smashed and chopped finely
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste (you could substitute this for the chopped garlic)
